Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid CloudEndpoint Hub training engagements invoiced offline. This website does not process payments.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled Lab Cohort seats, Bench Kit access windows, Ceremony Audit Assist reviews, or Fleet Rollout milestones as defined on your invoice. Free materials and publicly available web pages are not refundable.

Timeframe

For live Lab Cohort seats, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a 50% partial refund. Within 5 days of start, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where CloudEndpoint Hub cancels the cohort.

Conditions for full or partial refund

  • Full refund: our cancellation, or your timely cancellation (≥14 days), or documented duplicate payment.
  • Partial refund: mid-window cancellation as above, or unused Fleet Rollout milestones not yet delivered when both parties agree to end early.
  • Self-paced Bench Kit: refund within 7 days of delivery if downloadable materials have not been accessed, verified by our delivery logs.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked by you, hardware you purchase, third-party exam fees, and completed Ceremony Audit Assist reviews after the written memo is delivered are non-refundable. Custom template work already accepted in writing is non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@cloudendpoint-hub.digital with your invoice number, company name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue cash refunds at the Yeongju-si office.

Cancellation by CloudEndpoint Hub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence when they grant broader rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
