Intellectual property

Course materials, templates, branding, and site copy are owned by CloudEndpoint Hub or its licensors. You may use purchased materials for internal training within your organization. You may not resell, publicly republish, or create competing courses from our materials without written permission.

No online payments

This website does not process payments or provide checkout. Any prices shown are informational. Binding commercial terms appear on invoices or separate agreements.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that applying the training will achieve a particular security outcome, certification, or audit result. You remain responsible for your environment and compliance obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudEndpoint Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or training. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
