Witness roles that stick after the consultant leaves
Consultants love three-person ceremonies. Staffing charts hate them. The compromise that actually survives is a role sheet tied to named backups, not heroic individuals who “always do signing.”
Write verbs, not titles
“Witness” should mean: stands where the screen is readable, confirms each spoken step, initials the sheet, and may halt the ceremony. If your witness only waves from the doorway, you have theater.
Rotate on a calendar
Publish a quarterly rotation so knowledge does not pool in one engineer in Yeongju-si while the Incheon site improvises. CloudEndpoint Hub cohorts practice handovers aloud—awkward at first, reliable later.
